The second launch of the year by Exacta Engenharia, Borgio Verezzi, is a residential development that seeks inspiration in its architecture and art visual communication.
To further enhance this artistic essence and provide a unique experience to potential buyers, a truly cultural space was created in the developer’s sales center. A conceptual environment where you can see all the details of the construction in an ultra-realistic model and at same time costumers can appreciate the work of Flávio Scholles, a well-known Brazilian painter, curated exclusively for the occasion.
In addition to the cultural space, BVZ was responsible for Borgio Verezzi’s full-service communication, creating materials and media plans for newspapers, radio, hot sites, social networks, Google AdWords, in addition to folders, catalogues and the artwork for the construction fence.
