The data owner has the following rights in relation to their data, assuming such rights are recognized by applicable laws:
- Processing confirmation: Confirmation of the existence of processing of data collected by BVZ Agency.
- Access to data: Access to your personal data collected by the company, with exception of cases involving trade secrets or industry protection.
- Data correction: Requests for correction of data that is incomplete, outdated, or contains erroneous information.
- Anonymization and blocking: Anonymization and blocking of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed data in breach of applicable legislation. Data anonymization is considered the use of reasonable technical means available at the time of data processing.
- Portability: Portability of personal data upon request. BVZ Agency reserves the right to deny portability in the case of data that could compromise its commercial and industrial secrets.
- Information regarding data sharing: Information regarding personal data that is shared with public and private entities.
- Withdrawal of consent: Consent to use collected data may be withdrawn, at any time, upon written request by the data owner. The consent withdrawal process will always be free and facilitated.
- Exclusion of personal data: Personal data will be deleted at the end of its term or in the event the data owner has revoke consent. Subject to local legal requirements, the Agency may retain personal data if: (I) it is legally required to do so, (II) to comply with laws and/or regulations; (III) in case the data is required to establish, enforce, or defend legal claims; and in the case it is needed for reasons related to public health.

HOW IS PERSONAL DATA SECURITY GUARANTEED?
All data, including personal data, are protected against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, or disclosure, as well as accidental loss, modification, or destruction.
We protect the security of the data you submit to us through physical, electronic, and administrative procedures. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from misuse, theft, loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Our seminar registration forms are submitted through a firewall protected server. Industry-standard cryptography is used to improve the security of data transmissions. If at any time it becomes necessary to transfer or receive particular sensitive information, we will notify you appropriately.
BVZ Agency has technical and organizational measures that guarantee the protection of personal data, such as information classification, data backup and restoration, as well as identity and access management carried out and specified in our Information Security and Data Access Policies.
When removing personal data, the process is carried out securely, consistent with industry standard technical measures, to ensure the deleted personal data cannot be recovered.
HOW LONG IS DATA RETAINED?
All personal data will be protected and kept exclusively for the purposes described in the item “Purpose of collection and processing of personal data”.
The data collected will be maintained in our possession utilizing compliant files and observing deadlines defined in the legal system. This justifies, therefore, the maintenance of personal data in our databases, under the same security and protection mechanisms.
The data that does not meet the utility and purposes mentioned above will be excluded of our database. If necessary and requested by the data owner, BVZ Agency will provide evidence that data has been eliminated.
